A month before your wedding, we’ll meet to review all service contracts, determine the order of events, draw up a detailed timeline and finalize any other reception details.
The coordinator will be at the wedding site from the time the bridal party arrives and will coordinate the reception events through the last planned event (ie bouquet / garter toss).
Overall direction covers the entrance of the bridal party,
seating arrangements of the bridal party, timing of the food service, coordination with musicians / photographer / videographer for dances, toasts, cutting of the cake, bouquet / garter toss, etc….
