Room Dimensions: 96' X 52' Ceiling Height: 17'
Our spacious, well-appointed conference hall has 5,000 square feet of space and can be divided into three sections for smaller gatherings. With a ceiling height of 17 feet, and a large drop-down screen in each section, the room is ideal for a wedding for up to 340 guests. Direct access to our loading dock provides easy set up of equipment. Rent the hall and provide your own arrangements, or hire our wedding director to handle the details for you!
Hall Rental: We will set the room for you with our 24 – 72” round tables, 14 – 8’x30” rectangle tables & 250 chairs (you may provide additional tables and chairs) Your caterer may use our large trashcans Risers for stage – ideal for your head table or band We require our Custodian to be here during your event @ $25/hour/3 hour minimum We hold a liquor license and are required to provide any cocktail service (liquor, beer, wine) During bar service, OSU requires a security officer be staffed @ $30/hour/3 hour minimum Bartenders are also $25/hour/3 hour minimum
You may arrange any rental deliveries / pick ups be made during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm except holidays). You may drop off non-perishable items during the week prior (during normal business hours). If no other business is booked, you may access the reception area the previous day during normal business hours for setup of linen, centerpieces, etc. Otherwise, the reception hall will be made available 2 hours in advance of the reception start time. You will provide all food & beverage services through a licensed caterer, all china, glass, silver, linen, centerpieces; any dance floor, all cleanup. We will strike our tables and chairs. Saturday rental of the Ballroom is $1500. This covers up to 7 hours ~ 2 hours set up, 1 hour cleanup, and 4 hours of event time. Additional hours may be arranged @ $100 / hour. Building is to be locked by 12:00 midnight.
